DAY 01 : KL/KK/KINABALU PARK (D)
1200pm- Arrival at Kota Kinabalu Airport. Meet our
Coordinator. Land transfer to Kinabalu Park (own
lunch)
0330pm-Arrival at Kinabalu Park. Registrations & Rest.
0730pm-Dinner
is served. Have a good night rest
DAY 02: KINABALU PARK/GUNTING LAGADAN (B/L/D) 0700am-Rise early. Breakfast 0800am- Assemble at receptions. Meet Mountain guides. Collect your Pack Lunch. Land transfer to Timpohon Gates.
0845am- Briefing by mountain guide before
begin trek to Timpohan trail.
0400pm- Arrive in Laban Rata, check in to Gunting Lagadan dormitory. 0600pm-Early Dinner at Laban Rata Coffee House & rest early
DAY 03: GUNTING LAGADAN/SUMMIT /TIMPOHON GATE /KOTA
KINABALU (B/L/D)
0200am - Rise early. Early breakfast at is served.
0230am- Get Ready to
Summit. Warm up & stretching exercise.
Check if you have your headlight, gloves & energy food. Several garden gloves for initial climb with ropes (change when damp). At summit, change to warm gloves as it becomes chilly while waiting for sunrise at the summit, Low’s Peak. Briefing by your guide, begin single line ascend for 800m climb till the base of the rock when there is rope to assist you for the climb. Follow the thick white rope as markings for the right direction, walk 8-15 steps to rest shortly, make room for by passer to walk. Please walk in pairs or group in case the headlights’ batteries went dead due to cold weather. Reach Low’s Peak for the spectacular sunrise. Correct breathing like yoga or qigong – inhale deeply which stomach expand & exhale when stomach concave. No hyperventilation!

am - Begin to descend.Pack all your bags, check
out of Gunting Lagadan, have breakfast and descend to Timpohon Gate. (Packed
your rubbish along, let the porter carries). Make sure you have snack
food with you in case you feel hungry. Bring your snack bar and
energy food. Change to your spare strapped around sandal if you feel
your toes are painful if wearing shoes during the descend from Laban Rata.

am- Encourage climber to buddy together when descend.
Once arrive in Timpohon Gate, please look for your porter to reclaim your big
backpack and pay him the money. The driver will pick up from Timpohon
Gate to resort. Kindly call the driver for pick up once you have
arrived in Timpohon Gate. Proceed to Kinabalu Park and have your lunch at
Balsam Café.
0100 pm-
Meet your personal driver. Transfer to Kota Kinabalu
0400pm- Arrival at Kota Kinabalu. Check In at Backpackers Lodge & Rest. Free activities & Dinner DAY 04: Kota Kinabalu /KL

EXTENSION OF STAY
If you plan to stay longer than the
usual one night stay at either Laban Rata Resthouse, Gunting Lagadan Hut,
Waras Hut or Panar Laban Hut, kindly
note that an additional 50% from the published Guide and/or Porter Fee will
be charged for every additional night.
In accordance with the Sabah
Parks Rules & Regulations, all climbers must be accompanied by a mountain
guide at all times while ascending and descending Mount Kinabalu.
THINGS TO BRING
· Suitable walking shoes/warm clothing/wind
breaker/long sleeve shirts/change of clothes
· Drinking water/high energy food
(chocolates, nuts, raisins, glucose)
· Headache tablets/sun block/lip gloss/deep
heat lotion/plasters/insect repellent
· Binoculars/camera/water proof bag for
camera/torchlight
· Extra socks/towel/gloves/hat mask/tissue
paper/toilet roll
SPECIAL NOTE
It is recommended that all climbers should have
themselves medically checked before attempting any mountain climb. If you have a history of suffering from the
following ailments, it is highly recommended that you should refrain from
climbing: Hypertension, Diabetes, Palpitation, Arthritis, Heart Disease,
Severe Anemia, Peptic Ulcers, Epileptic Fits, Obesity (Overweight), Chronic
Asthma, Muscular Cramps, Hepatitis (Jaundice); or any other disease which may
hamper the climber.

TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
Reservation:
§ All rates
are nett inclusive of prevailing service charge and government tax. Advance
booking can be made to a maximum of 6 months only. Upon confirmation of reservation either by fax, email
or telephone, the reservation will be held for 7 days during which you are
required to pay LBEA:-
(a)
a non-refundable deposit amounting to 50% of your reservation made for
booking.
If LBEA fails to receive the required
amount, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without further
notice
§ Full payment
must be made 30 days before the arrival date, or else booking will be
cancelled automatically without further notice.
§ If
reservation is made within 30 days prior to visit date, full payment is
required.
§ All
remittances are to be in Ringgit Malaysia. Bank charges incurred are to be
borne by the guest. Remittance slip with reservation reference number must be
faxed at the time of payment.
§ Upon
receipt of proof of payment, the Reservation department will issue you a
guaranteed reservation confirmation slip.
§ All
bookings and guaranteed reservations are not transferable.
§ All
accommodation is strictly based on our unit configuration. Every additional
person will incur a surcharge where configuration / availability allow.

§ Payments
can be made in cash
§ Payments by
bank drafts, company cheques and telegraphic transfer are to be made PAYABLE

Cancellation, No Show, Unused
Services and Amendments
§ If a cancellation to a reservation is made : NO
REFUND will be entertained.
§ If
applicable, refunds will be made by cheque within 30 days from date of
cancellation.
§ In the
event of a NO SHOW, NO REFUNDS will be made as the accommodation reserved is
considered used.
§ Check in
time is at 1.00pm.
§ Check out
time is at 10.30am. Should you anticipate arriving later than 6.00pm, please
call the respective destination to notify them of your arrival time.
Force
Majeure Clause: LBEA shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to
execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned or
through or in consequence of war, strikes, riots and Acts of God or
conditions beyond the control of LBEA.
Disputes,
Actions or Other Matters arising:
§ It is expressly
agreed and declared that the proper law of arrangement is the Law of Malaysia
in accordance with the laws and procedures of Malaysia under any and all
circumstances.
§ All bookings are subject to the Terms &
Conditions above. We reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions
without prior notice.
